We've had a short week of school with the recent holidays, but that hasn't slowed us down one bit. Here's a snapshot of some of the cool things we've been up in Room 7 ...
PE small ball skills: catching and throwing
I showed my class a couple of new games for PE. We played Rob the Nest with a twist. Instead of running with the 'eggs' (tennis balls), students had to throw the eggs back towards their team.
The picture below is one of the hardest working blocks I have ever seen from my class. We were writing about our playground proposals, which I hope I have more to share with you next week.
